This family-friendly two-bedroom private vacation rental has everything you need to relax in the mountains. Summit View is a first-floor condo in The Aspens subdivision at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

The main area is open concept through the kitchen, dining and living space featuring an electric fireplace. The large outdoor deck offers a private hot tub, propane barbecue and outdoor dining. One room in this condo has a queen bed, and the other has a queen bunk bed with twin top. Underground heated garage for one vehicle, no gear storage.

The Aspens subdivision is located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Its prime location makes trails at the resort easily accessible, whether biking in the summer or skiing in the winter. It is 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia and 20 minutes to the Golden Skybridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.

Since 2003, LUSH Mountain Accommodations has been providing clean, comfortable, and private vacation rentals at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden, British Columbia. Hot tubs are always included.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire unit. Self check-in with keypad access.

Strata Rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles in the driveways and streets.
The town of Golden is a 15 minute drive away. Shuttle service available during the winter.
Winter tires are required between October and April.
