The Cedar Wainstone is a three-bedroom private vacation rental with close access to the downhill trails at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and cross country trails at Dawn Mountain. The private location, sweeping views and warm interior are exactly what you need on your next mountain vacation.
The main floor boasts an open-concept kitchen with dining and living space. It has a modern and clean design with timber frame accents, large windows, and central air conditioning. The bedrooms are upstairs, all complete with comfortable bedding and flexible sleeping arrangements. Additional sleeping in the TV room with a pull-out couch and separate den with a small day bed. The outdoor decks wrap around the house providing endless mountain views with a private hot tub, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Storage for bikes or ski gear and boot dryer is available in the heated single-car garage with additional parking in the driveway.
The Cedars subdivision is 2 minutes away from the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia, and 20 minutes to the Golden Skybridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke, and Jasper.
Since 2003, LUSH Mountain Accommodations has been providing clean, comfortable, and private vacation rentals at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden, British Columbia. Hot tubs are always included.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Self check-in with keypad access.

- Strata Rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles in the driveways and streets.
- The town of Golden is a 15 minute drive away. Shuttle service available during the winter.
- Winter tires are required between October and April.
AVAILABILITY
Minimum nights fluctuate from 3 nights to 7 nights, depending on the season.

PAYMENT
$78.75 non-refundable deposit will be processed upon booking.
90 days before arrival, 1/3 of the reservation amount will be processed.
14 days before arrival, the final payment will be processed.
CANCELLATIONS
$78.75 is non-refundable.
30 days before arrival, cancellation is subject to 1/3 of the reservation amount.
14 days before arrival, cancellation is subject to the full reservation amount.

TERMS OF RENTAL
To confirm the reservation, the rental agreement needs to be completed. It will require uploading a government issued ID that matches the name on the reservation and credit card information.

EXTENDED STAYS
For stays 7+ nights, we offer a 20% discount.
For stay 14+ nights, we offer a 25% discount.
These discounts can be chosen from the selection of rates when searching on the booking engine for properties and dates.
