The forested placement provides a secluded setting with sweeping views of the Purcell Mountain Range and Columbia Valley. This home offers a unique Canadian wilderness experience with its expansive windows and large outdoor areas. Guests can witness deer on the doorstep and bald eagles soaring above the trees, truly immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The contemporary interior includes clean lines, natural light and comfortable spaces. The top floor boasts a spacious master suite with king-sized bed and a panoramic ensuite bathroom. The main floor has a bright open-concept living room with wood burning fireplace, television and games table. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and spacious outdoor entertainment area, there is plenty of room for socializing and relaxation.

The lower walkout level features a large media room with wet bar as well as access to the covered scenic hot tub area. This floor also has a second king-sized bed bedroom, full bathroom and third bedroom with two double bunk bed cubbies.

This property is located on the North Bench, a 5 minute drive to Golden Skybridge Adventure Park, 10 minutes to the town of Golden and 25 minutes to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.  If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.
